It was a place to put your head down only. Good location. Staff pleasant but seemed a bit clueless with limited English.
Very unkempt. Paint peeling from walls and very dangerous plugs etc. Am very suprised that it has passed any health and safety tests. Very cheap and as I say, we just wanted a cheap place to put our head down after a concert, however, it was very bad.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant
There wasn't any heating and the room was cold. The owner would not turn the heating on until October 1st .. Day we left! The light on the top floor landing and stairs didn't work, was dark and quite dangerous. They charged us £2.50 for each towel .. The towels were very old, stained but at least clean. The shower in my room was Luke warm at best.. Don't stay in a room on the 4th floor. My friends shower on 3rd floor was great.

Location; close to Airport Bus, Connoly Railway Station and inner city
Noisy and a bit grotty. I had booked a single room and was given a four-bed-room. Ok, I was sleeping there on my own but it was not too comfortable.

The location was central. (Staff was friendly)
Even though the location was central, it was dangerous in the evening/at night. As I too late discovered, drug addicts wander through it which led to my being robbed. In addition, the conditions of the bedrooms is extremely poor - they are very small (it wouldn't be that much of a problem if (daily) cleaning was offered - it wasn't [had to take out our own trash, buy our own toilet paper, and as we arrived the room was just barely clean]) as are the bathrooms, to which you must bring not only your own toiletries but your own towels (if you haven't got any, you will be prompted to *buy* some from a hotel in the same street) ; the acoustic is terrible - you can hear every step and bit of noise around you; and, in our case, it had one existing window which wouldn't close properly (though secured with fragile chains) [The room also didn't have a closet but that was the least of our concerns as we thought we knew what to expect from a hostel) The staff, friendly as it may be, is not native, and there might be difficulties in communication. The price was cheap in comparison to other ho(s)tels in the area, but it does not pay off. I'm sure it is possible to find much better accommodation within the same price range.

I was a little bit apprehensive before staying here. I booked the hostel before reading any reviews, as I was short for time. The reviews weren't great. My room was on the top floor, street facing. I booked a single room but there was 3 other beds. Room cleanliness was OK. It wasn't dirty but a good hoover wouldnt go astray. Also there were stains on the carpet but TBH it didn't bother me. The hostel was a bit rough and ready anyway. Just don't expect the Hilton and you'll be fine! Bathroom was fine, hot water in the morning and the beds were clean and I must say very comfortable. I left the window slightly open and the noise outside was minimal. Overall it was fine to stay here. Very convenient for shopping. Delighted that it wasnt the nightmare I was expecting. If you're going to stay here, ask for a top floor room.
A really decent hoover of the room would make it a bit more presentable. I worked in hotels/B&Bs before and know the value of cleaning. The room wasn't that bad but you could tell housekeeping barely hoovered the floor.

The location cannot be beaten!
It is really cheap and that is demonstrated in the room, lobby etc
